Old Fashion Peach and Blueberry Cobbler

 

I like to keep Coy's boxes of cobbler mix on my shelf; they're great to have in your pantry when you need a quick and tasty dessert.

Ingredient List

 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, melt butter in bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of water with cobbler mix. Spoon mixture over melted butter, using dollops to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Do not mix. Peel peaches and slice in a bowl, add 1 cup of berries and the small sugar packet from the mix. Toss and coat and spoon sugared fruit over batter in the pan. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
